Give a warm welcome to the newest member of our team, Hayley Petrucci, Social Media Coordinator. Hayley comes to us with a degree in Public Relations from URI. She also comes equipped with internship experience with one of the best agencies in town…yours truly. Take a minute to learn a little more about her (and why we couldn’t let her leave).
- What are your favorite and least favorite foods?
I would have to say pasta is my favorite food. My diet pretty much consists of anything I can toss into a pasta dish, goes well with pasta or I can make into a sauce…for pasta. As far as least favorite foods go, I hate seafood, anything spicy and tomatoes.
- What is your favorite part about working in social media?
My favorite part of working in social media is that it’s a challenge in itself. There is always something to be updated, read, learned, created, or improved. Social media is forever changing and that makes it wildly interesting.
- Why did you choose RDW?
I chose RDW because when I interned here I had the chance to see what an amazing group of individuals I could have the pleasure of working with. Being surrounded by so many creative minds and thinkers is really inspiring and encourages me to grow and learn as I am just beginning my career.
- What’s your favorite place you’ve visited?
I studied abroad in Florence during my junior year of college and had the opportunity to travel to many amazing places in Europe. If I had to choose just one place, I would say Prague was the most amazing destination I’ve ever visited. It was magical and filled with such rich history, like I had stepped back in time. Oh…and the beer was good too!
- Cat person or dog person? Why?
I would say that I am probably a cat person or a small dog person. I have nothing against large dogs, I am just too much of a clean freak to ever personally own one and I have a Yorkie named Reilly, so that probably makes me a little more biased.
- What’s your educational background?
I graduated from the University of Rhode Island in May of 2017 with a degree in Public Relations and a double minor in Writing and Italian.
Looking forward to what she can accomplish on behalf of our team and our clients. Welcome to the team, Hayley!
